12-Month Warranty

Every electric scooter purchased from us comes with a 12-month warranty from the date of purchase, covering any manufacturing defects under normal use. During this period, we will provide free replacement parts (including shipping) for repairs that can be performed at home. For more complex repairs, we will cover the labor costs at our authorized service centers and partners.

What’s Covered Under Warranty:

  • Manufacturing defects in materials or workmanship.
  • Electric and mechanical components (including motors, controllers, wiring, etc.) that malfunction due to factory errors.
  • Battery defects within normal charging cycles.

Note: The warranty is valid from the date of purchase, not delivery, and covers scooters used under normal riding conditions.

What’s Not Covered by Warranty:

  • Consumable items: Tires, brake pads, tubes, grips, and other wear-and-tear parts.
  • Damage caused by external factors: Accidents, collisions, vandalism, water exposure (unless stated in product specs), or other external impacts.
  • Malfunctions due to improper use: Overloading, unauthorized modifications, neglecting maintenance, or using the scooter outside of its intended purpose.
  • Cosmetic issues: Scratches, dents, and scuffs due to regular use.

After the 12-month warranty period ends, we offer a Lifetime Service Commitment to ensure your scooter continues to perform at its best. This service is available for the lifetime of your scooter, with 40% off on parts and labor for any repairs or replacements.     • Service Partner Repairs: In select locations, we have partnered with local repair shops to offer a convenient repair option near you.
    • Replacement: In rare cases of significant issues that cannot be repaired, we may offer a refurbished scooter replacement. This applies only if the scooter was delivered within 30 days and has fewer than 15 miles of use.

  • Brake Issues (Rubbing or Adjustment): Brake adjustments are typically part of routine maintenance and are not covered under warranty or Lifetime Service. However, if there’s a manufacturing issue, we’ll cover it under the warranty. For routine maintenance, take advantage of discounted parts and labor for adjustments and replacements after the warranty expires.
  • Flat Tire: Flat tires are considered a wear and tear issue and are not covered under warranty. However, we offer discounted prices on replacement tubes and tires when purchased through us. To prevent flats, we also recommend using our tire sealant.
  • Motor or Battery Issues: These are fully covered under warranty if there’s a defect. Parts and labor are free of charge during the warranty period. If the issue arises after the warranty, you can take advantage of our discounted parts and labor rates through the Lifetime Service.
